The Pappy's Smokehouse Family
It all started in 2008 with the opening of Pappy's Smokehouse. Since then, we have expanded our family and added Bogarts, Adam's, Boogie's, Southern and Dalie's. Our flavors range from Memphis stlye BBQ to Louisiana inspired sandwiches. Although our restaurants range in style, our mission stays the same. We aim to provide quality, homestyle food while making every customer feel like family.
It all started when Pappy's opened their midtown location in 2008. Pappy's is known for their nationally acclaimed dry-rubbed ribs. They are slow smoked to juicy perfection over apple and cherry wood for a lightly smoked flavor. Additionally, their menu includes items like pulled pork, smoky beef brisket and burnt ends.
Bogarts Smokehouse opened in 2011 and is located in historic Soulard. Their mission is to create great tasting, high quality BBQ. Their menu includes smoked tri-tip sirloin, pastrami and apricot glazed ribs.
Southern opened it's doors on June 24th. The Pappy's family collaborated with Chef Rick Lewis to create a menu consisting of Nashville-style hot chicken and gourmet Louisiana inspired sandwiches. They are located in the same building as Pappy's Smokehouse.
Adam's Smokehouse opened their doors in 2013 in the historic St. Louis area of "The Hill."
They offer signature BBQ dishes along with mouthwatering smoked salami and tri-tip sirloin. Adam's Smokehouse was named after a good friend (and fellow Pappy's alum) who passed away in 2012.
We expanded our clan internationally when we opened Boogie's BBQ in Nuremberg, Germany. Like Pappy's Smokehouse, Boogie's specializes in slow smoked Memphis style BBQ. It's so good you won't need sauce!
